"Quarto antigo, pequeno para 2 adultos e 2 crianças, difícil até para circular. Preço bom e café da manhã OK, com a vantagem de estar incluso sem custo adicional. Estacionamento também incluso. Localização boa para quem está de carro."

"The property overall was very good, but, would have to question why I needed to provide photo ID?"

"Better than expected for the price. Nothing extraordinary however it was clean, felt secure and safe, the owners were attentive and made it clear to reach out if we needed anything. Shared bathroom wasn’t the nicest but it was pretty clean and did the job absolutely. Heating in the room so wasn’t cold. Good overall !"

"Easy check in and perfect location. Hotel had everything for a night away."

"Wouldn't book this hotel unless you are desperate, dirty old hotel with dirty floors beds etc... no remotes for tv, Receptionist was nice though, and friendly"

"Gostei muito do atendimento da brasileira Nauani e da portuguesa Andréa. Muito simpáticas e solícitas. Fizeram uma sacola com itens do café da manhã porque o vôo ia sair muito cedo. Recomendo"

"Bom check in com equipe muito boa, bom quarto e banheiro, cafeteira elétrica no quarto, pertinho da estação trens Piccadilly, café da manhã top. Localização excelente."

The reason I only gave it 3 stars was because the air con/heater unit in my room was rattling, clicking and banging all night. Tried switching it off but it just kept rattling anyway and it was too cold not to have the heating on. I barely slept, horrendous night. I told the guy at the desk when I checked out, received an apology and a promise to get maintenance...

"Nice hotel, friendly and professional staff, didn't eat in the restaurant this time. The only downside is the room sizes - they are very small, the sizes quoted include the bathroom. We booked a standard double which is advertised as sleeping 3. We actually passed comment at reception who confirmed the double is only suitable for 2. There is a king size bed and a small table in the room, but there is no additional room for another bed - a cot would barely fit in the room. There are bedside...

"This was my second time staying here with my daughter, and I will definitely return. The staff is truly five-star—always incredibly helpful and consistently going above and beyond to ensure guests have the best possible experience."

"I ordered a room with a queen bed and they gave me one with 2 twins beds"

"Hotel lindo, quarto excelente e café ótimo "
