Casas de Férias em Leven, SCT

"Tucked away off the main road, the eco lodge offers beautiful panoramic views. The place was clean and tidy. Would definitely come back again!"

"We absolutely loved the lodge! It was comfortable, spotless and very well equipped for families. The hot tub was lovely and the sauna fantastic. The hosts were great at answering any questions before the stay and the welcome pack is perfect for you planning your stay. The location is beautiful and peaceful. Perfect for exploring the East Neuk of Fife and with shops nearby! We can't recommend it enough. "

"Truly beautiful house in an amazing setting. Felt nice and remote but easy and quick access to local amenities in Kinneuchar and Elie. Property decorated and furnished to perfection with a great outdoor space.Great communication from the host who was always prompt to reply. My constructive feedback would perhaps be some more comfortable outdoor furniture for lounging. It's excellent for dining outside but that could be wonderfully complemented with some outdoor lounging.Only other feedback is to...

"Rental too far from center of town. Need a vehicle to get to town, or a very long walk. The frig leaked water on the kitchen floor. The fire/smoke alarms went off a couple of times during stay, but the last evening they went off three times, the last time at 12:45 A. M. Very annoying."

"Property was tidy, simple and fairly straightforward in terms of settling in. Once we figured out the heating - no instructions - we got the place warm. An excellent wood burner really made the lounge - plus bringing in two bedside lights for ambient lighting - and was generously supplied with kindling and wood. The walks around the property and up into the woods were ideal for dog walks. The kitchen was pleasant, functional and suitably kitted out, although the fluorescent striplighting was...

"This was exactly what is on the pictures, a beautiful modern open plan house that is clean and fresh The hot tub was ready to use and was amazing Would recommend this property to anyone "

"Awesome. So close to St Andrews and also loved the easy walking distance to the village. Pub, grocery store anything you needed really. "

"Wonderful place to stay. Very close to the old course. We had lunch at the Tom Morris Bar and Grill, which I recommend booking well in advance. We also played 18 holes of putting on the Himalayan greens. Charlie was great at communicating with us and was there to meet us at checkin and help with parking.Even a nice, secluded outdoor patio. If you're staying in St Andrew and need space for a large group, this is a great place. Very clean and very comfortable beds. 5 stars"

"We really enjoyed our stay in the Shepherds Hut and the views were amazing. The only disappointment was that there was no welcome pack providing instruction on how things worked. There was also no telephone contact details in case of any issues, etc. When we arrived there was not hot water and it was only by trial and error that we managed to find out that the gas bottle was empty, luckily the other bottle was full and I was aware how to manually change them over. We did send messages asking for...

"The place was just what we needed for the 5 of us. Nice accommodations close to lots of things."

"A very basic clean but found mouldy food in cupboards and empty bottles and crisp packets in one of the cupboards. House is not as advertised. There are now bunkbeds in one of the rooms, there is now a double bed and a single bed in another room instead of a double and the sofas in the living room are not sofa beds. Plus there wouldn’t have been bedding and pillows if they were. No games or play area for kids despite it saying there was. No console. Limited cutlery plates etc. We made the best...

"Pros-comfortable bed, private garden area, nicely updated kitchen and bathroom and central location Cons-uncomfortable couch, wobbly table and only 2 towels provided for 8 nights. Had to buy an entire box of laundry soap as host didn't provide any (left for next traveler). This has been provided at every previous vrbo in north america and Scotland"

"Das Haus war schön eingerichtet, alles sauber und ordentlich und alles vorhanden was man so braucht. In der Umgebung ist alles was man täglich braucht fußläufig erreichbar und auch die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr ist gut."

"Overall the property was good but some things to note. 1. Hot water wasn’t working when we arrived. They had someone over within 2 hours to check it, and did end up fixing it within about 4 hours, it was frustrating after a long travel day. 2. The mattress was not very good and the bedding looked run down. 3. There is a little patio type thing that could be accessed by the bedroom, however the furniture out there looked dirty and it didn’t appear it was cleaned at all ever. Should just remove...

"Close to the train and grocery store. Quaint home, clean and comfortable. Loved staying here."
