"The house is very comfortable. It is in a quiet neighbourhood close to the ocean. Lots of room, lots of dishes etc.If I could make a few suggestions, they would be: more kitchen towels( one for 5 people is not enough) a drying rack for clothes as there is a washer but no dryer. As well, the pots that have non stick coating need to be replaced as the coating is peeling. Rail service to Edinburgh is very reliable and fast. It is a great place to stay if you are visiting the Edinburgh area. Just...

"If you want to explore Edinburgh this is a really great location. While compact, we were comfortable as a family of 5, and the kitchen was very well stocked, with some lovely personal touches. Station and supermarket both an easy walk. Very nice."

"Eight of us stayed in this home for one night. The home was impeccable and roomy, which is what we needed on our last night of vacation. If there is one drawback, it is that the home is located a few miles from the city center and, for us, not a walkable distance. But other than that, all in our group recommended this home. "

"All was great. This is a working stable with horses and those many that have to care for horses, plus at least one friendly dog. You felt welcomed and that was appreciated. With a 15 minute drive you are in North Berwick and so close to John Muir park and Seacliff. Seacliff is special. The only, and minor, negative was that it was not a peaceful place when we were there- lots of tree trimming (Chain saw) and chipping- so very noisy at times.
