No, it’s not new. Yes, paint is peeling on the exterior. I’ve stayed in 5* hotels in Asia. They have meticulous standards BUT you can also have noisy rooms nearby and not the privacy that allows one to dress down or in athletic wear. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. "This home amazing! It's absolutely spotless. The beds are comfortable, the hottub was nice and relaxing, and it looks even bigger in person. My family and friends came for a wine tasting girls getaway and found ourselves wanting to be at the house more than being out. Great communication with the host. We will definitely be back!"
