He was very cordial too.The place was very clean and homey.It was nice of him to have the little packs that contained a toothbrush, tooth paste, and a comb. Also supplied shampoo, conditioner, soap, body lotion.Totally enjoyed our stay. Will definitely come back gain in the future."

"A clean, comfortable apartment situated in an older neighborhood. House keeping amenities in good condition. A busy street adds to daytime noise. Off street parking was a plus. "

"Quiet, private, picturesque landscape. Even though the owner of the house lives above, we never saw or heard anyone during our stay. Lovely to soak while enjoying the beautiful river area. My only notes for the owner, is that the only way to heat food is a microwave (that is on the description and also noted by the owner when booking so not unprepared for that.) Perhaps an air fryer in the kitchenette or a small grill outside so meals could be made on site would be good additions. Otherwise the...

"Excellent property. Very nice apartment in downtown Spokane. It was clean and had everything we needed. Only feedback for improvement would be that the master bathroom could use a new shower liner. Would highly recommend and would stay again in the future. "
