"We stayed overnight for a baseball tournament. This room was located very close and worked perefct for the quick trip. Fees that are added to the room seemed to be a bit excessive especially when your asked to take out your own trash. Either way worked for what we needed."

"This was a comfortable place- not close to downtown at all and not in the best part of town from what we experienced. But we’re fine. And don’t suggest anyone staying alone- felt safer with a male guest we had. Bring your pillows. The beds had the latest pillows and I had to go buy my own to have a decent nights sleep. "We had an amazing stay, close and convenient to Knoxville. This house was perfect! Spacious rooms and bathrooms. My teens loved being able to Bluetooth into the built-in speakers in each room. Nice outdoor space with grill and carport. Beds were comfortable too!"

"Pro’s were cleanliness, mattress was comfortable, very quiet, somewhat remote but still close to Pigeon Forge, enjoyed sitting on back porch and watching a little deer come visit. Only cons were couch very uncomfortable and needs replacing, tiny coffee pot (only makes 4 cups)."

"We had a great trip! The location was fantastic and very easy to get to. The property was in great condition. It was a bit dusty here and there. But nothing felt gross. We were missing a grill but we made due and figure out somethings. But when you brings steaks and hamburgers to eat a grill is preferred. Hot tub did it's job but we did have to refill it ourselves a couple times as the water runs out pretty easily. Overall a great time and we would for sure stay again. My only down fall is that...

"Location was excellent. In walking distance to to Frazier St restaurants/shopping. House was comfortable. Cleanliness could be better. Baseboards and ceiling corners were dusty and had webs. BF and daughter complained about the beds too soft but I didn't have a problem."

"The almost 100 year old family homestead was clean and nicely decorated. Our hosts Delon and Laura were very friendly. Beautiful views of the river and mountains. Lots of birds. This would be a good place for bird watchers. Short travel to suck creek with waterfalls and clear blue water on the sides of the road heading up the mountain to the ridge of canyon."

"Everything was wonderful for our stay. Only thing is I wish there was a broom and some basic cleaning supplies. I know there's cleaning crew that comes but I like to leave things how they were and you never know when you may need those things. But it's a beautiful clean place with a great view.
