THE CONDO IS LOCATED IN THE HEART OF FAIRFIELD GLADE; BY THE MAIN 4 WAY AND CLOSE TO GOLF COURSES, BOATING, SWIMMING, FITNESS CENTER AND MORE. Only one mile from the community center and many other amenities in The Glade.

Ground floor-living room, dining room area, full kitchen, washer/dryer, and half bath on ground floor. Great walk out deck from living room; table and chairs-looking out into courtyard

2nd bedroom-queen size bed and a day bed w/2 twins.
One TV in the living room; Roku for live TV and streaming.
High speed internet/WiFi-password given after booking

It was clean and super easy check-in. Quiet area to stay. Cute and cozy. There was only 1 set of bath towel/wash cloth for 2 adults and I couldnāt locate more in cabinets or closet, but we made do using hand towels. I didn āt bother the owner because it was late and like I said we made it work. Probably a one-off oversight. Overall we would stay again.

It was very close to my in-laws home and my family of five were able to comfortably sleep and hang out a bit in their lovely home. The condos were quiet and the neighborhood was lovely.

FFG spring break
We had a fabulous time! We saw a great show at Grinder House, found a fab gluten free bakery for Pi day, ate at the Putnam Room in Cookeville and had coffee at the GOAT. The condo was perfect and close to everything!

Just What We Needed
We were visiting family for the holidays and needed the extra space. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels and extra bedsheets. The area was very quiet and there's a nice Food City down the road for anything else you need.

The ideal location and set up for us!
This trip was to visit an older relative and we were looking for a great recliner and first-floor bathroom so one of us did not have to do stairs. Such a comfortable place and all we wanted was easy to find and use. I personally appreciated the cheerful Christmas accents and cozy extra blankets. Thank you to the hosts for those added luxuries we appreciated!

Quick Stay
Townhouse was basically as expected; nothing fancy but met our needs for a one night stay. The fridge needs a deep clean and the shower head is very low. Otherwise, it was quiet and clean. Easy to access and parking is directly in front of door.

NOT a desirable condo at all!
I really wish I could attach pictures. We got in the condo an hour early and started checking it out. Brought our suitcases in and wanted to unpack for our week. No dressers anywhere. Closets have a lot of junk in them so hanging space is limited. Kitchen does not have a dishwasher so not sure how everything is cleaned. Mismatched utensils. Inadequate cooking dishes. Again... wish I could attach pictures. Only TV is in the living room. Sheets on the bed didn't match. The bathroom had a used tube of toothpaste (no thank you). The shower head sits very low. Bath towels have definitely seen better days. There are mouse droppings in the cabinet. Mold on the vents. Water spots on ceiling. Dirty oven. Trash cans were lined with old grocery bags. Carbon monoxide detector was in a cabinet with batteries sitting next to it.
We grabbed our suitcases and stayed at a hotel. Contacted the host to let her know we weren't staying. It was the 4th of July so we didn't hear back until the next day. I told her that nothing about her condo is acceptable and that we are now incurring another $800 to stay somewhere else. We really need the option to attach pictures.
