"Such a perfect location between Smoke hole caverns and Seneca Rocks! Walking distance to the famous Triangle Rock! Very spacious house. We LOVED having coffee and conversation in the breezeway. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable! We even got to meet our host, and he was most accommodating! Will stay here again! Book with confidence!"

"Everything went super smoothly. Nancy is an excellent communicator. It’s only a 10 minute walk to the main strip and that walk is through a beautiful neighborhood with friendly folks all around. 10/10 would stay again. "

"This is the perfect family/friends getaway. Well decorated and fully stocked. We were there for a wedding so we didn't get to explore the area very much but it looks like there is much to do and see. Loved being in the woods and hearing the birds and trees rustle in the morning. Bedrooms were all great and beds comfortable. Host, Jason, was very responsive and accommodating. We would recommend a stay here!"
