"An unexpected gem! We stayed here for a quick overnight on a roadtrip. The evening staff was so friendly & welcoming when we checked in after 9 pm. The hotel common areas and the room were both clean and the beds were comfortable. In the morning, we left before breakfast started, but the kind lady working had just made fresh coffee. The coffee was great and you can tell the staff really care about cleanliness and hospitality. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone staying in the area!"

"Room 123 ws horrible!!. Next to the laundry, and all night the spin cycle was running every 15 minutes. couldn't sleep all night. Swimming Pool was not available entire stay. Heather was helpful and moved us to another room. I asked for a refund for the night we stayed in room 123 and Heather was unable to help us. Not a good reflection on Hilton Honors. We be hesitant to stay at another Hampton."
