It sits in a beautiful small town called Belleview.IA with lots of parks and access to the river and tons of shops and diners just a short walk away. Although the staff is off site they are super friendly, honest and pretty knowledgeable about the area which is great for first time visitors. "Area around hotel had many homeless begging people for things and was kinda dirty. Hotel was very nice. Room was exceptional!!! We were disappointed that the pool was closed along with the hot tub for renovations. This was not shown on the Internet when we booked. This was a big reason why we booked this hotel. However……the staff, especially Stephen and Robert helped make up for that!! Long story short, our car broke down on our way to Davenport and they held our luggage and drove us to...
