"Online pictures of hotel misleading - seemed nicer online then in person. Our $20 dollar Zyrtec bottle went missing and when we notified staff they did not seem to care and acted like we were lying. Did not provide any alternative to improve our experience. "

"The only issue we had was there was long black hairs all over the shower and bathroom floor. Otherwise everything was great and the staff was very nice and helpful."

"I stayed at this hotel more than 15 years ago as a refuge from a winter storm. The building was filthy, cold and there were black widow spiders in the bathroom. This property has been sold and completely remodeled virtually ground up. Almost impeccably clean, it was nice and comfortable albeit the structure design is outdated. Beds and bedding was acceptable though a little spartan. Breakfast was hot and copious in volume and choice. Absolutely no complaints, but just know that the location is...

"One of the most comfortable beds we have slept in for a long time. One of the best breakfasts we have enjoyed in a long time. The only issue was a truck driver spending the night in the parking lot next door. He decided to start the truck at 4 a.m. and let it idle for the next two hours. Low rumble kept us awake. Otherwise it was an excellent stay. "
