"The front desk was very friendly & that’s the only reason for the 2 stars. Room was dirty, bathroom was dirty, there was hair everywhere! The “clean” towels had hair all over them as if they used those same towels to wipe the sink area. The shower curtain was disgusting. "

"Overall, we may do with accommodations. Host was very accommodating when needing extra supplies. Main complaint was the feel of the house being rundown in certain things, like towel racks coming off the wall one hook came off of the wall in Hall bath with normal use. Comforter was stained. The pool area was comfortable, but lots of weeds in the dirt area. Kitchen knives were very very very dull. Made it difficult to do any cooking. Kitchen was well stocked overall. More likely we would not rent...

"Yes, place nearby. Staff very nice. Room needs a little renovation (carpet and chipped paint on the wall). Overall clean. Nice breakfast area and breakfast had sausage, eggs, and potatoes, fruits, waffles, cereals, bagels, coffee and tea, yogurts and other things. Very sufficient. Too bad that the cutlery and plates are in plastic, but imagine that this is for cost efficiency. Enjoyed my stay there. "

"The Heart of Cielo Vista Home was an absolute blessing during my PCS transition. From the moment I arrived, the house felt welcoming, peaceful, and impeccably clean. The neighborhood is quiet, family-friendly, and perfectly located close to everything in El Paso and only about 10 minutes from Fort Bliss main post, which made my daily routines incredibly easy.The home itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and stocked with thoughtful touches that truly make a difference during long stays....
