Harry Potter Wizarding Home: 5 Beds & Heated Salt Pool

Welcome Wizards to this Harry Potter experience that was designed with you in mind. Every turning corner of this 4 bedroom, 4 bed and 1 sofa couch is big enough for two families to share space. The 3 out of the 4 rooms have kings beds, the hallway bedroom has a queen bed and in the first living has a sofa bed the size of a king bed. The transition from diagon alley to the pool with blow your mind and you feel you are going a safe haven with fellow wizards.

For the safety and security of all our guests and in accordance with our rental policy, a valid government-issued photo ID is required to complete the booking process. This helps us verify the identity of all guests and ensure a smooth and secure check-in experience

Salt Water pool added on paid amenity is not included with stay:
*36 hours notice to have pool completely heated during the winter*
*50 Dollars charge per night for pool to stayed heated*
*30 Dollars charge per night for Spa to be heated

(If you pay for the heated pool then the spa fee is included does not add up price of both)
Host will verify with guest of Heating pool do not touch pool equipment the pool is full automated remotely.

The pool is Heated and maintained all year long!
* Two days minimum for heated pool in Winter
* 1 day minimum for heated spa

We recommend guest to obtain travel insure prior to booking to be protected incase of travel changes close to check in date.

*Please do not touch the pool equipment or Heater to the pool. If Pool temperature is raised a double Heat fee per night will be incurred. Please contact Host if you like to raise temperature

The pool and spa heat together. The spa setting is able to be change to raise heat yet the pool will stop heating in the moment only the spa is heated

We love our fury friends yet cleaning after them is not part of the cleaning fee. Please refrain from having pets on couches or bed. If excess hair is found on either couches or linen an additional fee of $50 will be added.

We only allow 10 guest on our property at anytime as per VRBO rules and regulations.

Excessive garbage (indication of a party/ event) is not part of the cleaning fee and will be requested upon checkout.

Please refrain from using Glitter/ Confetti/ Water Balloons in property as it can affect other guest and is not part of the cleaning fee. Additional fees apply for using such products.

Propane tank / Charcoal is not included.
Tank may be full at times and we do out best to keep them full yet cannot guarantee

Pool cleaning every 2-3 days to ensure cleanliness

We do ask that you do not leave a review about the temperature if you do not pay for the heated pool and or spa as it gives guest the wrong impression for any amenity if it was not paid for as it is an add on.

We do have local channels at the home. Feel free to log into your own subscriptions that are family orientated as we do not offer any subscriptions.

No moving grill/ fire pit

Check in can be at anytime since we have an electronic keypad

Our house is not 100% fragrance free yet do our best to accommodate guest allergies to scents

The lowest that the air can go is 68 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent any damages of our HVAC components
