"My stay was almost excellent. A lovely, clean room with good facilities and a comfy bed. The staff were mostly great - especially in Branfords where the female staff in particular were hardworking, super-friendly and cheerful and in the gym/spa where they were all pleasant and helpful. I had a lovely massage by Teira (?) and enjoyed the warm pool and jacuzzi. The breakfasts were excellent too. The maids worked hard also and were very sweet. "Very comfortable rooms, abundant free parking, nice toiletries and lovely staff. Location was also very convenient for visiting my family in Norwich's Golden Triangle. The only small disappointment was that we weren't able to book in for breakfast on the Sunday due to the volume of guests and short staffing of the dining area, which meant we had to go out for breakfast. "I am afraid the experience was like 30 years ago. The rooms are clean but very dated. New bathroom though. Biggest issue was heating. We arrived at 3pm to a cold room. They had to change the heating timer for the whole hotel to warm our room … or so we were told. Later at 8-9 in the evening when we returned to our room the heating was already off again and the shower was Luke warm. The following morning was fine though. "
