"This was my 2nd stay, this time with children 7 & 3. The facilities for the kids was fantastic. The separate pool with waterslide was a big hit as was the playground, kids club and activities, movies in the garden and kids happy hour. The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and very clean. All staff were amazing and so friendly. The only thing I could suggest is that the pillows are very thick. One not enough but two is too high. Maybe a thick and thin pillow. "Never ever book this hotel even if you get free deal. Worst ever experience. I travel globally but never had such a bad experience anywhere. They literally don’t pick up your call if you need anything. The shower gel was finished and I made complaint 3 times, still they didn’t refill it. Also bathroom shower gel dispenser was broken before I checked in and they thought I broke it. Later on confessed that it was their mistake. The reception staff is not at all polite. "

"Room and bathroom were spacious. I liked the water dispenser in the room which also provided instant hot water. Pool area was lovely and we had it to ourselves one afternoon. There is a spa in the hotel, recommend the foot and Balinese massage. Staff were very friendly. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops nearby."

"Mother and adult daughter stayed here for 10 days. Staff were amazing and helpful. Enjoyed the pool, good sized rooms, furnishings were a bit dated. Restuarant was great. Easy to book and great food"

"Updated, comfortable bed. Clean room. Upon checking out staff wanted to charge me for a broken “do not disturb” sign. The sign was already broken when I checked in. Document the room when you arrive to avoid additional charges. "

"Os funcionarios são bem atenciosos. O quarto é grande, otimo para ficar com a familia! O apartamento aparenta ser um pouco velho mas é bem limpo. A piscina é muito bonita e a varanda virada para piscina possui uma vista bonita. A unica coisa que não gostei foi que devido ao fato do quarto estar muito proximo a piscina, de manha algumas criancas faziam muito barulho."

"You get what you paid for. On positive note .Was private safe and reasonably quite. Bedding clean changed sheets every day .Unit cleaned everyday . All essential shopping close by. Staff pleasant however no english speaking staff. Stayed extra night due to flight change they accomadated me. Overall pleasent and clean stay. "

"The space is nice. Seems like at one time it was a really nice place but lacks maintenance and the place could have been cleaner better. The glassware needed to be rewashed before using and there was a plate with ants on it in the kitchen at check in. The TVs are old and don’t allow you to connect to netflix. The movie screen seemed great but didn’t actually function. Overall the space as lots of potential but needs to be managed better. With some TLC it could be a great option. "

"What a gem Beach Melati Apartments are. Boutique hotel really. Stayed in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. So spacious and great for a group of people. Everything at your door step. Would highly recommend. "
