"This is a tough one because the arrival was a total disaster but the rest of the stay was very nice. I'll explain, sorry it's a bit long. The bad bit first: we messaged the hotel several times in the lead up to our stay, to explain we'd be arriving late (after 1am) but they either didn't tell the night porters or the porters forgot as everything was closed up and we couldn't get into our room. With two children under 10 it was a nightmare. After 20mins looking for someone, anyone, our driver...

"The hotel is pretty cozy, everything was very clean and the staff was amazing. They will not clean your room every day, I guess you need to ask; breakfast could start earlier (starts at 8AM), but when I needed to leave early they provided me a backup breakfast. There is an opportunity for them to open a restaurant for dinner in the venue, however there are plenty in the region. I would definitely stay there again."

"The hotel’s location is convenient but set back from the street so it’s quiet. Its garden and pool areas are beautiful. The staff are very friendly especially Putu, who is so helpful with arranging drivers, etc. The room is also spacious and comfortable and everything works. I especially love the many windows and balcony seating. It offers us so much relaxation and privacy. I also really enjoyed watching the offering ceremony in the morning. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting...

"Hotel incrível e com equipe muito educada e atenciosa. Café da manhã a la carte muito bom e bem servido. O quarto é bem espaçoso e com excelentes instalações. Além disso, a localização é ótima. Fica no lado mais agitado da ilha, porém com uma certa distância dos bares e restaurantes, o que faz do ambiente reservado e calmo com praia na frente ótima para passar o dia relaxando ou fazendo snorkeling.
