The Space:

Villa Joie de Vivre is fully air­conditioned and elegantly styled with natural textures, soft neutrals, and bright contemporary finishes that echo its beachside surroundings. The spacious open-plan living area includes a comfortable lounge, formal dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, wine fridge, and coffee/espresso bar. Large glass doors invite in the ocean breeze and lead to multiple covered areas, each offering a different perspective of the Caribbean Sea and Anguilla, ideal for al fresco dining, cocktails at sunset, or quiet afternoon relaxation.



Ideal for a group of friends or family, you are sure to be happy with whichever of the three king-size bedrooms or the new private Cottage you select. The main house offers three luxurious bedrooms, each with a balcony overlooking the ocean, walk-in closets, safes, and en suite bathrooms featuring double vanities and oversized showers. Wake up refreshed in the villa’s Heavenly® Beds complete with luxurious linens and pillows. One bedroom also features a sleeper sofa, and two rooms have desks. All bedrooms and bathrooms in the main house are equipped with 110v/220v 60Hz outlets and USB connections.



Newly added in 2025, the fourth bedroom is a completely remodeled 500-square-foot private cottage just 150 feet from the main house. Styled to match the villa's fresh contemporary aesthetic, it features a queen-size bed, full kitchen, en suite bathroom, and a cozy living room with a sofa bed, perfect for a couple or a small family. The front porch overlooks the turquoise Caribbean, while the rear sun deck offers peaceful views over Simpson Bay.



One of the main attractions of Villa Joie de Vivre is its direct access to the very peaceful and secluded Baie Rouge beach. The villa is perfect for those who want to be right on the beach, while maintaining their privacy. Guests can snorkel in the calm waters or sunbathe on the provided chaise lounges, then slip back through their private locked gate to relax in the hot tub. The property’s other centerpiece is the pool deck with its 18’ x 35’ heated salt water pool, lined by double sun-beds, a shaded gazebo lounge, BBQ area with fridge and bathroom.



Guests can stay connected with the Villa Joie de Vivre’s interior and exterior high speed wireless internet, relax to music via the zoned Sonos speaker system throughout or binge their favorite show on smart TVs provided in the kitchen, living room and all bedrooms. Unwind by playing one of the well stocked board games or singing a favorite song on the portable karaoke machine. Baby monitors and an AED defibrillator are also located onsite.

Vehicles are delivered directly to the villa, and all paperwork is completed upon your arrival. We recommend renting a car for the duration of your stay, and our team is happy to assist with all arrangements.



Other Things to Note:

* Heated Pool: Available from December 16 to April 15. Heated pools are designed to provide a comfortable swimming temperature. As the pools are outdoors, the actual water temperature may vary depending on environmental conditions such as wind, rainfall, and outdoor temperature, which can affect how warm the pool feels and the temperature it is able to maintain. Please note that heated swimming pools are intended to enhance comfort and are not comparable to hot tubs or spa pools.

* Laundry room not accessible by guests.



Interaction with Guests:

Upon arrival at Princess Juliana International Airport (SXM), you will be warmly greeted by our airport greeter, who will guide you to your complimentary arrival transfer (for up to 10 guests). Your driver, fully familiar with the island, will ensure a smooth and direct journey to the villa. At the villa, you will be welcomed by your personal Guest Experience Specialist, who will give you a full tour of the property and serve as your dedicated point of contact throughout your stay.
