Outside, a turquoise pool, bordered by palms and flamboyant trees, stretches the length of the terrace connecting the villa seamlessly to the breathtaking views.



The Space:

Inside, Villa Encore offers a harmonious blend of elegance and comfort, with expansive spaces for lounging, dining, and cooking. Travertine tile floors flow gracefully throughout the interiors, and floor-to-ceiling sliding doors open completely to let in the sea breezes and unobstructed views. The villa's kitchen is one of the largest on the island, equipped for inspired gourmet cooking with light wood cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and two professional-sized refrigerators. Wrap­around counters provide casual dining while allowing chefs to interact with guests and enjoy the vista.



The double living room, divided by color palettes, blends contemporary style with exotic touches. One side features soft neutrals, while the other combines white with vibrant accents, creating an inviting and sophisticated environment.



Outdoor living at Villa Encore is equally exceptional. Multiple seating areas and dining terraces take full advantage of the lush gardens and panoramic sea views. A built­in barbecue complements the lower dining terrace, while sculpted loungers line the heated pool for sun-soaked relaxation. Covered areas with Singapore-style fans provide refreshing breezes, and a rooftop terrace offers a poetic perch to admire the Caribbean horizon.



The villa's five primary bedrooms are of equal size and each opens to the terrace with sweeping sea views. Spa-inspired bathrooms include outdoor showers with private seating, allowing guests to connect with tropical nature in absolute privacy. The decor mixes contemporary lines and textures with exotic accents such as teak poster beds, curated art, and tranquil color palettes. A sixth bedroom, recently added, enjoys garden views and maintains the same contemporary, refined style as the original rooms. The international airport is 10 minutes away, and Grand Case and Philipsburg are 30 minutes from the villa.

* Concierge Access: Before and throughout your stay, a dedicated concierge will be available to assist with all arrangements and requests. We coordinate a wide range of services including in-villa chef services, delivery services (groceries, champagne & wine deliveries), in-villa massages, in-villa car rental deliveries, restaurant reservations, boat charters, tours and activities and more!

* Housekeeping Services: Monday through Saturday (except for holidays).

* Complimentary Welcome Basket: A curated welcome basket will be awaiting you upon arrival.

Beach lovers are perfectly situated, with some of the island’s finest beaches close by. Baie Longue, Baie Rouge and Plum Bay are all within a short walk or drive from the villa. To make your stay effortless, our concierge service is available to arrange a hassle-free car rental for you. Vehicles are delivered directly to the villa, and all paperwork is completed upon your arrival. We recommend renting a car for the duration of your stay, and our team is happy to assist with all arrangements.



Other Things to Note:

* Heated Pool: Available from December 16 to April 15. Heated pools are designed to provide a comfortable swimming temperature. As the pools are outdoors, the actual water temperature may vary depending on environmental conditions such as wind, rainfall, and outdoor temperature, which can affect how warm the pool feels and the temperature it is able to maintain. Please note that heated swimming pools are intended to enhance comfort and are not comparable to hot tubs or spa pools.



Interaction with Guests:

Upon arrival at Princess Juliana International Airport (SXM), you will be warmly greeted by our airport greeter, who will guide you to your complimentary arrival transfer (for up to 10 guests). Your driver, fully familiar with the island, will ensure a smooth and direct journey to the villa. At the villa, you will be welcomed by your personal Guest Experience Specialist, who will give you a full tour of the property and serve as your dedicated point of contact throughout your stay.
