"Fully renovated just as described on the listing. Super clean and very organized. We were able to bring our boat and keep it in the water behind the house. This place is so cute and cumfy. My husband and I come to this little town at least twice a year. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to come back to stay here when we visit the area on our next trip. "Very comfortable, inviting stay at the Beachy Cape Coral getaway after a long journey from Minnesota, trying to get ahead of back to back Winter storms. So when we arrived at this beautiful home, it was such a beautiful place to rest and rejuvenate. "When we got there, we realized there was nkt a welcome packet or any directions on how to obtain the parking pass, so we had to check in with security everyday until we got one. The house itself looked good on the surface but we noticed that there was only a half roll of toilet paper, no dish soap or sponge, very minimal dishes, and the bathroom fan didnt work at all, and looked as if it had not been cleaned in a very long time.
