The house has 3 bedrooms (a master bedroom on the ground floor and two bedrooms upstairs), as well as a pretty terrace and a very well-equipped kitchen (American fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, etc.). You can park a car inside the residence (a real plus during summer, trust us!)

The advantages of this rental are many, both for parents and children:

- For the little ones, direct access to the superb beach of La Vigne (one of the few on the peninsula which remains pleasant and swimmable at all tides) to learn to how to swim in calm water in a postcard-like setting (they can also take lessons at the beach club)

- For older children, a very secure environment in a quality condominium, giving them the freedom to explore the surroundings of the port in complete autonomy and, if they wish, to indulge in the joys of fishing! (fishing rods not included)

- For thrill seekers, you can go to the ocean on foot by crossing the peninsula (about 20 minutes). Enjoy the great waves at the magnificent La Torchère beach (nb: unsupervised ocean beach with no lifeguards, boards not provided)

- For all, direct access to the forest cycle path from the Port de la Vigne (bicycle rental possible at many places in Cap Ferret). You will be able, for example, to discover the fishing villages of l'Herbe or Canon in complete serenity!

- For parents, after a sunny day, you can either stay home and enjoy the privacy of the enclosed terrace, or if you want to go out, just walk 200m around the port to enjoy the delicious dishes and cocktails of two of the most prominent bars in Cap Ferret (the Wharfzazate and the White Garden)

And of course, the proximity to the center of Cap Ferret will allow you to easily take advantage of the many activities offered (visit of the lighthouse, stand-up paddle, visits to oyster farmers, etc.) and to visit the many quality shops!
