La Grange Océane is an old Médoc barn entirely restored recently, made of wood and "brach" bricks (local Médoc briquetterie).
It includes the owners' main living area and 2 comfortable rental apartments with a private outdoor area.

Our house "La Grange Océane" is an authentic farm full of charm, made of Barch briquette (local brickyard) and wood!
Come and rest by the heated swimming pool or in its park richly planted with local or exotic species.

The studio enjoys a superb view of the park and the swimming pool and has:

- a large private terrace, covered and sheltered with:
- fitted kitchen (Top fridge / freezer, microwave grill, utensils, coffee maker, nespresso, toaster, kettle, etc.)
- exotic wood table and chairs
- to relax a rattan armchair and a hanging armchair
- barbecue at your disposal, as well as a heated parasol out of season to enjoy the cool evenings

- from the studio proper where you can:
- enjoy a new and comfortable queen-size bed (160cm)
- relax in the lounge area by watching the large screen flat screen TV (Wifi, Netflix) or by preferring our local television: the magnificent view of the swimming pool and the park!
- and of course enjoy the comfort of its bathroom with walk-in shower and separate WC

- A specific parking space is reserved for you right next to your apartment!
- a washing machine will be at your disposal (with drying rack, iron and ironing board)
- the kitchen background (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, mustard, etc.), shower gel, shampoo, bed and household linen are provided
- you can enjoy the swimming pool, salted, heated from 01/06 to 30/09 (more if the weather permits), and relax on its large terrace in exotic wood. A part of the terrace with 2 deckchairs and a parasol will be reserved for you, right in front of your apartment.
