Enjoy our fully air-conditioned villa, offering modern comfort and a beautifully terraced garden, ideally located just 100 metres from “Plage des Américains” (2-minute walk), at the entrance of “the village of Cap Ferret”.

The property is officially rated 4-star in the “Meublés de Tourisme” category.

Newly completed in the spirit of the traditional Cap Ferret cabins, the villa is set on a wooded plot that has belonged to our family since long before the roads leading to the peninsula existed. Authentic in character yet offering contemporary comfort, the house features five bedrooms accommodating up to ten guests, a dedicated office area, a fully fitted and well-equipped kitchen, and a bright living space opening onto a large terrace, partly covered and ideal for outdoor living.

The villa includes two shower rooms, one bathroom, four toilets, as well as an outdoor shower with hot water, perfect after a day at the beach.

End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rental price.

Bed linen and towels, with beds made on arrival, are included for stays of seven nights minimum during July and August.
Outside these periods, or for shorter stays, bed linen with beds made is available as an optional service (€35 per bed).

The house is equipped with numerous amenities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay: plancha grill, outdoor lounge furniture, ping-pong table, board games and comic books, washing machine, dishwasher, Krups coffee machine, Monsieur Cuisine Connect food processor, extractor hood, Marshall Bluetooth speaker, TV, Livebox Wi-Fi, baby travel cot and high chair, among others.

From the house, everything can be reached on foot: the beach and its sailing club, the renowned Cap Ferret market, and the jetty providing boat connections to Arcachon, Le Moulleau, or the Dune du Pyla. The ocean beaches are located 800 metres away, and numerous cycling paths surround the property.

In addition, an independent concierge service is available to enhance your stay, offering optional services such as a stocked fridge and cupboards upon arrival, grocery shopping, boat rental, babysitting, a private chef for an evening, surf lessons, bicycle rental, paragliding over the dune, and more.
