"Had a great experience on our stay, they were kind enough to let us check in early for an affordable extra fee, and let us leave our stuff on the way so we can enjoy the day and come back to pick up before our take off. "

"When I was on the line for checkin, I saw the front desk giving 2 bottles of water to every customer checkin in in front of me. They didn't give it to me, and I forgot to ask. Later that day I went to the front desk to ask for water since there was none at the room, and they charged me U$2,50 for a small bottle of water. The hotel is good and they're friendly, but I don't think they were fair with me on this charge."
