A holiday in total relaxation without giving up the comfort and beauty of the spaces: this wonderful villa will leave your every need satisfied for a fairytale stay. The house, just 300m from the sea and the soft sand of Spiaggiabella, stands within a large garden, embellished with a lawn and ornamental plants and flowers. The main entrance gate anticipates an enchanting scenario for the eyes: in addition to the greenery, with attention to every detail, there are swings and hammocks, relaxation areas, various swings for the little ones. Always for the joy of children (but also for peaceful moments for adults), the villa has, in the external side part, a small swimming pool with an area equipped with deckchairs, where it will be possible to sip a cool drink without losing sight of your children while they have fun in the water. This area is close to the second entrance, in fact the imposing external space has two opposite entrances, on as many parallel streets. At the front, the beautiful covered veranda will give you precious moments of conviviality with your travel companions. Here, a large table, suitable for outdoor dining, dominates the scene, but there is no shortage of sofas, armchairs and a flat-screen TV to brighten up your cheerful evenings. On the rear part of the garden, there are: 2 covered bathrooms equipped with toilet and sink (which brings the total number of bathrooms to 4, two internal and two external); 3 showers, two of which are closed by a booth; a covered space with washing machine and sink. Inside, two entrances lead into the elegant living room, furnished with TV and sofas (one of which becomes a queen-size bed) and to the small kitchenette equipped with everything you need (which also has access to the courtyard). A small hallway, embellished with a mirror and two seats, preludes the comfortable sleeping area on the ground floor, with two double bedrooms and a bathroom complete with shower. The upper floor consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles and one with two singles. The largest is equipped with a cot and air conditioning, and another complete bathroom with shower. From the hallway you have access to the large external balcony that surrounds the entire first floor, with a panoramic view of the greenery of the garden. The fine and functional furnishings are designed to leave nothing to chance and make you feel pampered in all circumstances. From the presence of mosquito nets in all rooms, to the fans and the vacuum cleaner: every detail, taken care of by the attentive owners, will offer you a pleasant holiday and will make you feel at home. The 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa can be ideal for large groups and multiple families. Since in some rooms it is possible to add single beds, together with the sofa bed in the living room, we have a maximum capacity of 16 beds and cot. Sea and relaxation in the magical Salento.

You are just a 5-minute walk from the fine white sand beach of Spiaggiabella, Lecce marina, characterized by crystal clear sea with a seabed that gradually increases. Furthermore, the locality is home to the Regional Natural Park \"Bosco e Paludi di Rauccio\", therefore, an uncontaminated oasis par excellence. In the very nearby Torre Chianca (only 3 km), you will find all the main services (bars, restaurants, tobacconists, parapharmacy). In the nearby Frigole (also inhabited in winter and also very close) you can organize tasty dinners in various excellent restaurants, both fish and meat based. To the north, with a travel time of about 5 minutes by car, you will see Casalabate, a place where a real market is organized (on Sunday morning) to find excellent local products, or stroll along the large seafront.
