"I am always a litte skeptical to rent a place that doesn't have several reviews to read. I have to say this place exceeded our expectations in every way. You can tell it is newly remodeled. It has plenty of indoor and outdoor space overlooking the wide canal. Our family of seven plus their friends that came by to hang out in the pool and kayak had lots of room. I could never have been prepared for how well equipped, decorated, clean and the degree of detail which is paid to this home. "This house is PERFECT!!!! We have stayed at numerous river houses in the past 10 yrs and this was #1!! Best stocked, all you need is your clothes and food they have ALL the things you need!!! The most spacious, the open layout in the kitchen and living room area makes cooking and socializing easy!!! The pool, floats and towels were all supplied!! "The property is in a great location, 5-10 min from everywhere we needed to go. There’s an awesome breakfast restaurant right on the corner (walk distance). The property has a nice backyard with Kayaks, firepit, grill and an awesome view! It was super clean including towels and sheets and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. A very large Parking space was a plus!"
