"Id like to start by saying it was clean, good for what our purpose was. Getting there honestly was not the greatest there was no like number markers that shows the house parking lot. Get in quick through the front door, the unit door kinda had to put some hip force to open and close, there was some damages prior, went to check out the bathtub and the support of the shower curtain fell almost on me, immediately contacted host, DID NOT RECIEVE ANYTHING BUT AUTOMATED MESSAGES, not impressed...

"Nice city view, great location, clean , roomy and comfortable, but bring your patience. Apartment door was extremely capricious and keycard for front door and elevator could also be tedious. Got locked in the elevator when the card couldn’t be read. Doors closed and the car kept moving. There IS a help button, but you must be fluent in deciphering drive thru gibberish to understand what the out of city operator is saying. Small misadventures but great once you clear all of the doors."

"Very well appointed and large flat in a vintage building. The neighborhood is very charming, filled with 100 year old homes with amazing architecture. Our family enjoyed our stay and would recommend giving this a hard look when visiting KC. "

"The apartment was just as advertised. Communication was good and answered my questions quickly. My son was playing volleyball at the Convention center and this was a great location, just a 6 minute walk. Also close to the free streetcar route. There was a grocery store, Cosentino's market, about 1/2 mile away. A couple of pubs and a pizza hut with a few blocks. Having the parking space was a huge plus so I didn't have to search for parking. Washer/dryer in the basement made it easy to clean...
