"This property has a wonderful view of the Colorado River and we enjoyed our time at the outdoor hot tub. Unfortunately the indoor pool was closed which we were not aware of. There are several nice parks in the vicinity. Recommend to prepare meals on site as close by restaurants are scarce."

"Four of us girlfriends traveled from WI and SC to have a long weekend together. The accommodations were good, great location, quiet neighborhood. While some things outside could use some attention they did not impact our stay. We all had a wonderful weekend, the check in and check out process was very easy."

"Beautiful view, could be much better if water levels were normal but that's no fault of the owner. Nice pool and hot tub. Spa was a great spot for a massage. Cleanliness of the fridge and some dishes was suspect (lipstick prints on cups), but everything was supplied you could need. Would definitely recommend. Thanks for the hospitality."

"great property to stay at. Just a couple things for you to look at. Maybe put slip proof slips on outside steps. When they are wet, 2 of our gals fell on them. I also tripped and fell over the carpet that sticks up in living room. Kitchen neefd some type of can opener. We had an overall good stay!. Just wouldn't want someone to get really hurt"

"We LOVED our time in Lago Vista! The home was perfect for our group, there were 10 of us and we had plenty of space to stretch out. The pool was amazing! Kitchen had everything we needed! Even with the water levels low in Lake Travis we were able to use the dock to tie off our 25ft boat. Lake was awesome, and we had a blast in the sunshine and Texas heat. Communication with the property manager was fabulous, she was so incredibly helpful and quick to reply and had solutions for us when we needed...

"The property had a beautiful view along the bank of lake Travis. The included yard games provided hours of fun for the whole family. The house was exactly as it appeared online, very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The only note I would make is that the undeveloped properties surrounding the house had some hazardous trash (rusty metal, some broken glass, etc). Nothing the property owners can control, just worth noting if you’re bringing young kids and they like to explore the area....

You could see trash in landscaping left over from previous guests. If I owned this property I would have the rug in master cleaned or replaced as well as the pillows on couch. "A group of 16 of us had a great stay over Thanksgiving here. The property was fantastic with excellent amenities inside and out. We had dinner outside in front of the outdoor fireplace, played a lot of pickleball, played ping pong, canoed, and sat in the hot tub. Plenty of room for everyone. Highly recommended! Great communication as well when I don’t know how to turn certain outside lights on."

"We had a quick birthday celebration for our daughter & it was lovely. Quiet, restful & a great way to reconnect. The home is beautifully appointed & so well decorated. A nice addition would be a list of nearby restaurants and/or grocery stores because the lake confused Yelp greatly (spots that are 3 miles away are an hour drive, to get around the lake). We made due though & would definitely stay there again."

"We all enjoyed our stay. The property guidance signs are small so it’s best to arrive before dark. We even saw a deer pass by the property! "We brought our 2 grandsons ages 13 and 14 yrs old for a music festival and stayed here in lieu of a hotel for same price. We had a great time and the boys enjoyed fishing every chance they got. The deer were roaming the streets everywhere and beautiful cardinals were visiting us on the back deck. The host was absolutely wonderful and I highly recommend staying. Much better choice than a boring hotel room! 😊"

"We recently stayed at this fantastic house and it exceeded all our expectations! The location was perfect for us as it was incredibly close to Villa Antonia, where my sister's wedding took place. The house itself had everything we could possibly need, and more! "This house speaks for itself with the courtyard giant tree and the huge windows overlooking the lake. Our family loved eating dinner outside on the patio every night and playing many games on the pool table. We even ran out of propane and someone came in provide us with a new tank within hours. The dock/lake access was just a short walk down and gave us a nice fishing spot. We will definitely be back!!"
