"Host was easy and friendly for the check in process will definitely return and recommend for a family of 3"

"The location of this property is fantastic. It has all of the essentials and is overall a good setup for a short stay. The amount of the damage deposit and method of payment could be clarified better in the description, as this came as a surprise. Overall clean property and comfortable stay."

"I wanted to give this a 5 start rating, but unfortunately just can't. It's in such a wonderful location, with public transit accessible to go in any direction a tourist would want. The space inside was lovely despite a slight chunk of paint missing from the wall(doesn't bother me). Something i didn't see in any review was the mentioning of this apartments extremely musty smell. Because the bathroom is so small and without ventilation, it all leaks into the apartment and sticks around, even with...

"The apartment was just what we needed for our 2 night stay. David, was a great communicator. I would come here again."

"Our overall experience was poor. First, the flat is advertised as “Le Marais-Rue Montorgueil” but it's a fifteen-minute walk or four metro stops from the Marais. The apartment was not well cleaned. For example there was mold in the shower and the dining room table was sticky even after we scrubbed it. When we arrived, there were just 3 plates, 2 forks, no teaspoons, and 3 wine glasses, for an apartment for 4 people. We had to ask and wait for more. This was a small matter but annoying; the...

"Nice location: restaurants, groceries, shops and Louvre nearby. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again."

"Ideal for staying in Paris and getting to major sights"

"Small room but nice"

"Location! Close to main attraction.Shops nearby.Walking distance to the Louvre, Tower, Arc …. Very nice stay if you don’t mind climbing the stairs!"

"The check in process and property management company was phenomenal, and they kindly let us keep our luggage there for free after check out and before other travel. The property location is noisy with a biker bar on one corner and the motorcycle parking area at the opposite end of the street with the property situated in the middle. This is a young, hipster area of town and no one sleeps before midnight due to noise and revelry. A party area for people in their 20s-30s. St. Denis metro very...
