Extensive shared grounds with trees, private terrace with lovely views of the garden ans countryside (garden furniture). Access to shared wooden swimming pool at set times from early May to late October (8.40m in length, 4.50m wide, 1.30m deep, unheated). Ground floor: entrance via terrace (3 steps) in living room (kitchen, dining, lounge areas). WC (handbasin in separate room). 1st floor : 2 bedrooms (double bed), (2 single beds). Shower room (dual washbasin, walk-in shower). Underfloor heating (geothermal) on the ground floor, electric heating upstairs. Owners' pets on the premises : cat, dogs, turtle. The 2 gites can be rented jointly for family gatherings (11 people). Bed linen, towels, household linen and water are included in rent.
