You can enjoy a large and very light living room (70 m2) which opens directly onto a terrace with a breathtaking view of the vineyards and the Alps on a clear day. The semi-professional kitchen is perfectly equipped, it is open to the dining area, a bar area for aperitifs and a lounge area with TV. The cottage has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a private shower room and WC. (Possibility of adjusting the beds according to needs). The entrance hallway leads to a first sleeping area with a bedroom with a large double bed, the second bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed. By using the living room door, you will access the second sleeping area with a third bedroom furnished with a double bed, 1 bunk bed, a TV corner. The last bedroom has a double bed and a single bed upstairs, 1 bunk bed. Outside: During the day or evening, you will enjoy being on the large wooden terrace, partially shaded (coconut canvas), lit. It also benefits from a magnificent view of the vineyard and the village. It is furnished with 3 tables and equipped with a summer kitchen with crockery, dishwasher, gas plancha, wooden barbecue. You can meet up around a game of pétanque or play ping-pong. Unfenced parking.
