The Villa is situated on the hills around Lazise and enjoys a magnificent view of Lake Garda and the surrounding countryside. The Villa is inserted in a vast estate cultivated with vines and olive trees from which excellent wines and a fine Olive Oil are obtained.

The furnishings of the Villa are of great quality composed of original antique, modern and contemporary pieces that offer an elegant and luminous environment recreating typically Italian atmospheres and suggestions in every little detail.

The first floor consists of 5 large independent suites - Water, Leaves, Sky, Earth and Sand - all with private bathrooms, which can accommodate up to a maximum of 16 people.

All rooms have central floor heating and locally adjustable air conditioning.

On the ground floor there is a large but cozy dining room, a large kitchen equipped with all modern comforts, a living area with fireplace and large sofas and a cozy studio where you can relax after the excitement of the day. All rooms enjoy a magnificent view of the lake

On the side of the Villa there is a cool and relaxing gazebo with table and chairs where you can enjoy convivial moments and relax on hot days. A modern barbecue is also available for guests.

The infinity pool with lake view is heated and is furnished with elegant sun beds. It has a comfortable entrance ladder and variable depth to allow it to be used even by younger children.

The villa is equipped with air-conditioning and heating, satellite TV in each suite and in the study, wi-fi internet, alarm system, internal lift, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge with ice dispenser and automatic coffee machine.

In the basement, the villa houses a large covered and closed car park that can comfortably accommodate up to 4 cars.
