"Terrible pot smell, toilet wouldn’t flush, tv didn’t work, and our floor was wet from AC leak. The hot tub was out of order and the pool was pitiful with a broken net to clean it with. Disgusting. We left and are trying to get our money back."

"The pictures on the Google Business page showed an outside pool that was clean and operational. This was not the case when we arrived. The pool was completely empty and could not be used. The room smelled of body odor and cigarettes and the shower head was not operational until it was fixed. We had to check out early due to these conditions."

Two beds in the room…I pulled the covers back on bed #1 and it was covered in what looked to be black lint where your feet would rest in the bed. After further inspection, there were all kinds of funky skin flakes as well. I then moved to bed #2…after pulling the covers back, I found what looked to be dried blood all over the sheets. All of this explained why there were knats flying all around the room as...
