"Good ,clean, and quiet."

"The staff was nice and helpful. They easily gave me a 1:00PM extended check out. My room; 318, had a few issues of concern. 1) A huge hole in the window screen, so no night time fresh air for me. 2) Hair dryer was faulty at the plug. I would suggest this as dangerous. 3) Bath tub had no anti-slip material and it was a constant fight to stay safe as I showered. 4) The dresser was un-level or something as the top drawer would creep open. This could be a problem during a dim trip to the bathroom at...

"The front desk found a way to get us a first floor room because my mother is handicap and not able to use stairs. *No Elevator* Our room smelled like mold and had cobwebs in every corner. It also did not have a fridge. * It was sitting outside the room broken* I had to go to the desk to get toilet paper because there was none. I really thought highly of the man for helping us out, so I did not complain."
