You'll have the entire house and yard to yourself, just like you do at home! (7th bedroom and cold storage under porch are janitorial)

2 Car garage, 2 Driveway (can fit three tight), 2 in street. Please don’t park in front of neighbor houses. IMPORTANT: Street parking is not permitted anytime it snows and December - February for city snow removal. In the street you can get a ticket, but it’s not strictly enforced.

Please use Airbnb app to contact me. The app also sends an email out. While I'm at work, I have access to email but not my cell phone. You're welcome to try my cellphone anytime. I might be at lunch:)

Snow removal is very difficult to manage, and I request help from our guests. There will be shovels and salt in the garage for use. If you need help, I can come after work with a snow blower. Stay in touch with me:)

5-No smoking of any kind in the home.
6-Please be clean and take care of the home.

Check Out Procedure
10 AM Checkout, please:

1-On Used beds, place Blanket at the foot of the bed. (Leave sheets on bed)
2-Place garage remote on counter & TV Remotes next to TV’s ($100 Replacement fees)
3-Start the washer with bathroom towels and kitchen rags.
4-Start the dishwasher. If needed, hand wash extra dishes.
5-Remove all perishables from the refrigerator
6-Empty all trash to the garage/outside green can.
7-Turn off all lights and appliances
8-Lock Front & back door with smart lock deadbolts only
9-Please send message on checkout
