Garage & Street Parking: Guests can park one car in the garage, two in front, and additional parking on the street.
Winter Parking Rule: Note the city's winter rule; no street parking between 1 am and 6 am from December to February.
Snow Management: While we don't provide snow removal, find shovels and ice melts in the garage for your convenience.

Guest Headcount & Fair Pricing
To ensure accurate preparation and fair pricing, we charge a small per-person fee. Exterior cameras are in place for safety and to help confirm guest count. Please provide an accurate total for overnight guests and daytime visitors so we can plan accordingly and maintain a great experience for everyone.

Pet Policy
Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a fee:

$50 for 1 dog

$100 for 2 dogs

Fees are collected post-booking during our digital check-in process. Please note: Pet damages are not covered by the pet fee.

Smoking & Substance Policy

Violations may result in loss of deposit and additional cleaning fees.

Neighborhood Quiet Hours
City regulations require quiet hours beginning at 10:00 PM. Please be mindful of noise levels outdoors and in common areas during this time to ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbors.

Digital Guestbook & Add-Ons

Security Deposit & Damage Waiver
Some booking channels require a fully refundable $250 security deposit. If applicable, you’ll receive instructions after booking. The deposit is returned promptly after checkout, provided there is no damage or policy violation.
You may also choose to purchase a damage waiver and/or deposit for additional peace of mind.

The Neighborhood:
The home is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. You will hear the jets flying from time to time as it is close to the Air Force base.

Getting Around:
There are two train stations that are in the area but not within walking distance. The city does have a free shuttle that goes around. Please feel free to check their schedules on the Layton City Page.
