"Tudo muito bom, sem detalhes "

"Not good at remembering names, but the lady who checked us in on 10/29 was the most helpful, friendly, and professional person I have had dealings with at any hotel. And she remained that way throughout our stay. She deserves a gold star! The others were nice, as well, but she went above and beyond to be helpful and just had the greatest personality! Our room was clean and nicely arranged and the breakfast was excellent every morning. We enjoyed the variety of fresh offerings! Thank you for...

"Got double charged for a room, staff wernt in good communication with eachother, and room wasnt fully cleaned ahead of time."

"I wish the cut off for the check in was more clear. I tried calling twice on my trip in to ensure that there was 24 hour check in, eventhough I've never stayed somewhere that didnt have that available. The calls were not answered.

"Easy check-in! Very comfortable room!"

"Very well appointed rooms. Beautiful views. Friendly, helpful staff. Having El Gaucho and 13 Coins in the building is a big plus. Free wine tastings every day is nice. Wineries and other restaurants are an easy walk. We love it there."

"My sister came to town from Indiana and we wanted a few days away just to ourselves and we booked here and we were ecstatic with the property!! The suite worked perfect for what we needed...with having a full size refrigerator, cooktop, toaster, microwave and coffee pot, we had no need to leave the room!! It was fantastic!! The staff were very friendly and quick to help!! Will be staying here again...FOR SURE!!! Absolutely LOVED it!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!"
