"the room was damp when we arrived, the tv was only analog and had no channels other then PBS. Lastly breakfast was poorly attended to no fruit, very scimpy amounts of food which led to constantly asking if there was more by 7am. and having to continue to ask for coffee was absurd."

"Room was drafty, as the door seal let in freezing cold air. The window even with curtain drawn let's in a ton of light. The ceilings were dilapidated. The room had baseboards coming off the wall. There were handprints on the mirrors from someone else. Dirt and doritos on the floor from another guest. The road noise is incredibly loud and are not sound proof walls. "The room smelled like mildew. The toilet didn’t work. The person at the front desk was smoking like a chimney whenever I went in there. The surrounding neighborhood was pretty sketchy; a person was smoking weed just outside my room. After all this I did appreciate the 55” TV."

"This was our second visit to Montage Palmetto Bluff and once again it did not disappoint. The hospitality we find here is second to none. Everywhere we went we were greeted with smiling faces. We’d like to give a special shout out to Carmela at the concierge desk who was so incredibly wonderful with our 4 year-old son, Henry. Everything she did and every recommendation she provided enhanced our stay. The natural beauty of this place is beyond compare. We cannot wait to visit again. "
