"Ideally located in a quiet suburb just outside of Launceston and offers various dining options both onsite and at the main Links Golf Club, just down the road. As a travelling family we were comfortable in the three bedroom villa, and were greeted in the morning by the local friendly ducks at the front door, which was a nice surprise for the kids. The villa was clean and in good condition, just showing a bit of age with the decor and colour scheme."

"Lorraine is an amazing host and Hawthorn House was a trip down memory lane. It was cozy and warm on arrival and Lorraine had left some little treats. (I wont ruin the surprise). The rooms are spacious and the beds cozy with electric blankets. The kitchen is well stocked and we appreciated milk already in the fridge so we could have a cuppa with real milk when we arrived!
