"It's not a hotel, but just a house where you rent a room. In other words, it's advertised as a hotel, but there are 5 or 6 rooms in a house and the bathroom is not private, since it serves everyone. There was no remote control for the TV or the air conditioning. The manager very kindly tried to get around the problem and asked the guest in the room next door to give him his remote and leave it on a table in the living room so we could share use. "Upon entering my unit, it had not been made up/cleaned. It took a while to have someone deliver clean sheets, etc.; but ALL was GOOD, the cleaning crew did a great job the next day, and Management was super responsive and accommodating. Lots of email correspondence and phone calls. THEY are very interested that they keep their customers happy. Thanks"
