"This hotel is actually very nice. We've stayed before. Only issues we're the particular room. Some tub drainage problem and defected hair dryer. Staff immediately addressed both issues."

"This hotel was very underwhelming. I've stayed at other hotels for the same price or less and have had much better experiences. This hotel is in need of an upgrade. The room wasn't as clean as I would expect. The breakfast left much to be desired. Staff wasn't rude or mean, but wasn't overly friendly either. Going forward, when we stay in the Minneapolis/st paul area I will avoid this hotel."

"Very disappointing stay. We chose this property for the pool and it was closed the entirety of our stay. Would have been nice to be given a heads up that the pool is closed for two weeks if we wanted to adjust our stay. "

"No pool. They didn't clean my room after I requested it. The desk person never told housekeeping. No alternative milks for breakfast options. They said we should have brought our own. The room door did not close all the way unless you pulled it hard."

"It was horrible. Got there and there no pots and pans. No extra linens for the pull out couch. We got 14 inches of snow and they didn’t even shovel the parking lot. Had to shovel myself out. Then top it off the bathroom sink was leaking in the floor and they didn’t have maintenance available and didn’t even offer a discount. I was so disappointed. If I could’ve left I would’ve but I was there to see a family relative that was on life support at a nearby hospital. "

"So overall, I thought it was a pretty good experience. I’d say the one thing I was more disappointed as the breakfast. I would’ve expected something a little bit nicer than just a little Debbie’s donuts or hostess donuts and just packaged stuff. I would expect something a little more fresh or something for the most part. It was really good. That would be. I would say really my only issue."

"Beds were very comfortable. But I got up at 7:30am and was going to shower at 8 am and there was no hot water. Waited until 8:30 am and had to take a Luke warm shower. Wife said maybe because the Housekeeper was running the shower for a very long time in another room to clean."

"We love going here. The rooms are very nice, the restaurant is excellent with great service. This trip I left my IPad at the front desk and about 10 minutes after getting to my room I got a call from the front desk. I was so thankful that the customer and the staff were so honest and called me right away. Excellent customer service and care for the guests "

"Breakfast was fine, rooms were pretty good, not far from downtown Minny or St. Paul. Great price."

"Breakfast was ok, sausage gravy, over hard eggs, waffle bar, but was light on any healthier options. The room was clean and neat. Our big complaints were the sketchy, poorly lit, crowded parking areas and the thick pot-smoke in front of and inside the hotel lobby and elevator. Those two things together made the hotel seem less welcoming than I am sure the owners wanted it to be. "
