Property was very nice, unless you have a rental car Uber is just not reasonable priced 12 miles takes 30 mins and is about 55 dollars each way and no stores within walking distance at all.

House was Great

I hate to give any sort of bad review because the house was surprisingly nice given the neighborhood. The gate into the community was broke. My biggest complaint was the parking. There was none. I mean none. Twice the homeowner wanted us to knock on the neighbors doors to move so we could park. We were staying to spend our time at Lake Mead so we had our boat. The owner didn’t know so parking wasn’t discussed. We had to park our boat a couple blocks away and it was vandalized. Two nights in a row. So we cut our trip short and left a day early. The fridge wasn’t working well. But the house was clean. Well stocked and nice, inside and out.

Property owner concerns

My stay was fine but i was shocked to find an email today from the property owner asking me “ if i was going to tell him about the bloody sheets stuffed in the closet”. And that he’d let me know the replacement costs. I have absolutely NO idea what he is talking about & really took offense at his threatening comment! We left the property exactly as asked & the only sheets we used were the ones we left on the bed & 2 spare blue ones we left in basket on top of washer. We have no clue as to the bloody sheets he is referring to & all sounds very creepy to me. Any bloody sheets must have been there before. We didnt go digging around in any closets. This has ruined a otherwise good weekend for us. Sincerely, Judith Puzin

amazing home

I stayed at this house for 3 days and they were amazing. I felt at home, it was so comforting. The instructions were simple to follow and Jim was very patient with us. Definetly would stay here again! Recommend this place to anyone looking for a vacay home!

Perfect*

This house was perfect for our needs. We were at the Rugby Sevens Tournament at Sam Boyd (only about 15 minutes drive). House was very clean. Nice, safe neighborhood. We were so busy with the tournament that we didn't get a lot of time to enjoy the house--just basically slept there. But, we would definitely rent this home again. Owner was easy to work with. * Note, there was an asterisk next to the perfect title review. There was one issue (which won't change our rating, but thought the owner may want to know about). The security alarm system would beep throughout the night. We would disarm it again with the remote, but a couple hours later, it would beep again. Overall...very, very pleased with this house. Awesome!!

I enjoyed our stay a lot and so did the kids the internet was a big plus for their ipads and laptops

I stayed at this location with my grandchildren, I appreciated that the community was gated. I felt safe staying there with my grandkids. I loved the kitchen because as a grandmother you cook a lot and the kitchen was clean and fully functional with cookware, etc.

Perfect

Decent property. Great owner, would stay again. First time vbro anywhere, Vegas is the perfect place for this. One of the guys staying owned vacation rentals, he picked up a couple of ideas from his stay.

Nice stay

Eight of us stayed for four nights in this home. The home was clean and had a fully stocked kitchen for cooking, which was perfect for us. There were plenty of towels and extra bedding available.

Beautiful Home!

The house was beautiful and perfect size for the six of us. But there were a couple of things that bothered us. First, when we got there the dishwasher and dryer (which is where we finally found the towels when we went looking for them) needed to be emptied. I hope this was just an oversight. If it wasn't and every new tenant has to do chores upon arrival then I change my review to 3 stars. Also, the DVD player did not work. I contacted the owner but he didn't know how to do it. The pictures on VRBO show two cases with DVD's in them so those need to be removed if you aren't going to have a working DVD player. I would still recommend this house (assuming I don't have to do chores upon arrival again). I liked that it was in a gated community and was very quiet.

Amazing Stay

This was the very first time in years of vacation that I did not book a hotel or resort! And to be honest with this experience, I will HomeAway more often for future trips!!! I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay a weekend in Vegas to celebrate my daughters 21st Birthday. From start to finish Jim was there to answer all of my emails and phone calls. Even when I sounded the alarm LOL - totally my fault :) Not too far from the strip in a quiet gated community my family and I stayed in Such a gorgeous home and beautifully decorated, about 28 min from the strip but seemed like a ten min drive honestly. 3 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, fully stocked with everything you need during your stay. I Most Definitely felt like I was in my own home. If and when I stay in Vegas again, I will book with Jim again. Jim I thank you for your time and making my stay in your home wonderful, Until next time.

A bargain for the money

Excellent condition, beautiful inside, well kept, we have stayed in different locations throughout this system and this particular property outshines some of the other pricey ones. We had some issues with the codes, but nothing but our fault, could not read it properly, but after thoroughly looking at the e-mail; everything was right there. Overall great experience, great home, and apologies to the owner for that many phone calls, but he always was there for me. Mario

Very nice house!

We enjoyed our stay at this house. Located in a nice, secure and quiet community. The description is true except for availability of hair dryer. The only downside to this whole stay is the cleanliness of the beddings. When we slid off the comforter, strands of hair were on the sheets. It really bothered us.

Very clean!

The house was amazing! It was in a good area, clean and had many things we needed. Only down fall was having to take the trash to a nearby bumpster in 113degree weather. Other then that, great experience.

We were very impressed with the quality of the home, it was comfortable, roomy and clean. Our Host was the best, very accommodating and helping us with anything we needed. We would definitely return to this home again.

Quiet, comfortable stay

This house was about 20 minutes or so from the strip, which is nice if you want to get away from the noise and traffic...which we did. Lots of sleeping space. The house easily accommodates 6-8 adults. The owner was responsive and helpful. The process was easy. I would stay here again.

Comfy and Convenient

This is a great three bedroom house. Comfy beds, really clean. Well stocked kitchen. Really secure neighborhood. Owner is very helpful. Pretty straight shot to the strip and we saw a nearby golf course, although we did not golf. Perfect for a Vegas get away!
