@ Pool, Spa & Sauna
The Hot Tub: Always ready for a soak! It is maintained at 95°F (35°C) and can be easily adjusted up to 104°F (40°C) during use. There is no need to turn it off when finished.

Important Note: The hot tub is pre-set to Standard Mode for consistent heating. Please avoid pressing multiple buttons simultaneously, as this may accidentally switch the unit to 'Economy' or 'Sleep' mode, slowing down the heating process. If you feel the water is not warming up, please contact us immediately.

The Swimming Pool: Please note that the pool is not heated.

Safety First: No lifeguard is on duty. Swim at your own risk; children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

@ Smart HVAC System
For your comfort and system efficiency, the indoor temperature is maintained between 72–75°F (22–24°C). To prevent the system from freezing up or malfunctioning, please do not set the AC below 70°F (21°C).

@ House Rules & Policies
Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 9 AM (Strictly enforced to respect our neighbors).

No Parties: This is a strict NO-party house. Loud music and unregistered guests are not allowed. Police dispatch or violations will result in immediate cancellation without refund and a $500 fine.

Non-Smoking Property: Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the home. Outdoor smoking is permitted; please dispose of butts responsibly.

No BBQ: There are no BBQ facilities available at the property.

Age Requirement: Minimum age of 21+ to book. The primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay.

No Local Bookings: We do not accept reservations from Las Vegas residents.

Outside Vendors: Outside vendors (e.g., private chefs) require prior written approval from the host. Unauthorized vendor setups may result in immediate eviction.

Security: For your safety, a security camera is active at the front entrance.

@ Maintenance & Care
Routine Upkeep: Brief visits (10–30 min) from landscaping or pool maintenance staff may occur for routine upkeep.

Trash Day: Thursday. Please place bins at the curb on Wednesday evening.

Cleaning Policy: Please treat our home with respect. For stays requiring excessive cleaning or professional stain removal (linens, furniture, etc.) beyond the standard 4-hour service, a fee of $75/hour will apply.
