Per Palms Place policy, there are only four guests maximum in the studio suite. Strictly no pets allowed.
Guest access
Our guests have full access to the balcony, Palms place lounge pool and fitness center, and all the amenities Palms Place resort has to offer.
Other things to note
Daily housekeeping is NOT included in our service. The cleaning fee paid during reservation is a departure clean only. We always provide enough towels and toiletries during each stay based on the number of people. While daily cleaning is not included, we offer an optional mid stay cleaning for an additional fee. You must reach out to front desk for in stay cleaning and extra amenities. Fees will apply.

You must be 21 years old to book. The name on the reservation must match the identity of the person checking in. You will be checking in at the front desk with a valid government issued ID and credit card.

Palms Place hotel charges a $100/night up to $500/stay for incidentals.

Strictly non-smoking and non-gaming hotel.

We are not a pet friendly airbnb.

Maximum 4 person occupancy.

You will have full access to everything inside the suite except for the locked storage closet. This is NOT a shared space. You will have the unit all to yourself
