It has one bedroom downstairs and three upstairs, this layout is ideal for families or larger groups seeking both comfort and convenience.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed and its own bathroom. Bedroom on the first floor for your convenience with a full bathroom. Upstairs features a kids room with a full-over-full bunk bed and a full bed. The last bedroom has a queen bed.



The property may have some minor signs of normal wear & tear from regular use.



Driveway and street parking available. Please do not use neighbor's driveway.

HOUSE RULES:



These rules are in place to help us maintain a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for all guests.

- Outdoor security cameras are in place in all angles for guest and property safety.

- STRICTLY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS policy in the property. Guests will be asked to leave with NO REFUND if there are unannounced guests on property.

- No smoking indoors. A $500 fee will apply if the home smells like smoke after checkout.

- Quiet hours after 10 PM. Noise monitoring device outside the property will alert us if levels are too high. Multiple warnings may lead to cancellation without refund.

- No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. By confirming this booking, guests accept full responsibility and liability for any injuries or accidents, including serious harm or death, that may occur during their stay.

- Pool can be heated upon request. Must be requested in advance (24 hrs ahead of time) and will need to stay on for the entire duration of your stay; it can’t be turned on for only a certain number of days. Due to high gas usage, it’s $100/day to heat the pool.

- Bath towels are for bathroom use only. Any stained towels will be subject to an $8 fee.
