The house was renovated and revamped in March 2022, the swimming pool redone in 2021.

A 100% certified organic fumigation service is carried out once a month.

Cleaning is available on request 48 hours before and is included in the package (maximum twice a week)

A basket of fresh organic and local fruits, as well as cold drinks will be at your disposal on your arrival and you are also offered.

In each room is placed a basket of local care products offered by your hosts.

All guests have at their disposal 1 set of 4 bath towels and towels (Pool, Bath, Toilet and hand).

The villa is located 6 minutes from the center of the village, 4 minutes from the supermarkets and 6 or 8 minutes from the two sublime beaches of COSON and BONITA - renowned for the surf spot and their sunsets.
