Casas de Férias em Las Terrenas, 20

"Our stay never happened. It was raining when we arrived. We walked around in the rain only to find out there’s no availability for us, although we received the confirmation email & it was paid for. "

"I’m giving this stay 3.5 out of 5 stars. While the property had some positive aspects, there were several issues that affected our overall experience. The listing advertised the beach as a 5-minute walk, but it was actually closer to a 15-minute walk or about a 5-minute drive, which felt misleading. The villa itself was somewhat dated, and during our stay there was a scheduled power outage that we were not informed about in advance. The host only explained it after the outage occurred and we...

"- The listing needs to be updated. There was two different prices for electricity posted and a third price was given in a message from the host.- We arrived shortly after the posted check-in time and the cleaners were still there and the gardener was making a mess in the yard.Communication with the host was off putting. He wanted us to meet him at a bank and I assume follow him to the property. It wasn't our first time to the area, so we knew our way around and knew where the property was...

"Very clean and great location. Spacious and nice property. My only recommendation for the owner would be to have some beach accessories like chairs, shades and an ice box. That would make the stay more pleasant."

"We loved staying at Casa Victoria. The house was perfect for us as a family and we really enjoyed the housekeeping as well as cooking. The beach, which is very close (a few minutes by foot) was clean and with shallow waters, skowly getting deeper. Little minimarket close by and las Terrenas is only a short drive away. Victoria is a geat host!"

"Super clean and excellent service i will go back soon 100% i recommend. "

"Nuestra experiencia: Las camas son rígidas y duras, muy incomodas. Las mesas de noche, gabeteros, gabinetes de cocina y mesa exterior con bastante polvo y presencia de eses de lagartos incluyendo, la nevera ejecutiva sucia por dentro. A las 3 am los perros en la propiedad ladrando a todo dar. Nos quito el sueño que no pudimos recuperar. El personal es muy atento y amable. Espero puedan corregir las deficiencias por qué el lugar están bien ubicado y facil de llegar."
