We are a local small Real Estate Company (Rethink Real Estate LLC) who manages Airbnbs, we have a full staff to assist you during your stay.

We are not on the premises, but the primary host along with co-hosts are available majority of the time and are quick to answer any questions or help with any issues on the app in your message thread. We also have an office in Las Cruces running during the day from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM for your convenience.

This property consists of two separate Airbnb`s so please be a considerate neighbor. Guests are also 15 minutes away from New Mexico State University and a 1-hour drive to the El Paso International Airport. If guests are looking for a more adventurous day White Sands National Park is only 50 minutes away. At the park you can enjoy a day of hiking, sledding down the amazing white dunes, or enjoying a picnic at sunset. Guests are also only 5 minutes away from the Las Cruces Farmers market which is every Saturday morning of the year! There are exterior cameras on the property.
