In the peaceful hamlet of Kerdreff, this 2-bedroom longère is ideal for holidays thanks to its location close to the beaches and amenities. It comprises a fully fitted and equipped open-plan kitchen (fridge, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher) opening onto a living room which leads to a terrace and private enclosed garden. The separate WC has a washbasin and a washing machine. Upstairs, the landing with a built-in wardrobe leads to two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed (160cm) and the other with a double bed (140cm). There is also a shower room with a WC. The property benefits from covered parking and faces south. The garden includes a picnic table, a barbecue, and a garden shed. The property is equipped with Wi-Fi.

*Cleaning: We require that the rubbish bins, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher be emptied and the barbecues cleaned. Glass bottles must be taken to the designated recycling containers in town. If you have opted for the linen service, it must be removed and folded at the foot of the bed.
