In the quiet Hameaux de Kerdreff, this 3-room farmhouse is ideal for vacations thanks to its location close to beaches and amenities. It features a fully fitted and equipped open-plan kitchen (fridge, stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and a living room opening onto a terrace and private enclosed garden. The separate toilet is equipped with a washbasin and a washing machine. Upstairs, the hallway with a closet leads to two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with a double bed. One bedroom has a wardrobe and the other a closet. A bathroom with a toilet is also provided. The apartment benefits from covered parking and is south-facing. The garden is equipped with a picnic table, a barbecue, and a garden shed. Wi-Fi is available.

*Housekeeping: We require that the trash, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher be emptied and the barbecues cleaned. Glass bottles should be placed in the designated containers in the city.
