On the 1st floor of a sea-view residence, this 66 m² flat, rated ***, is 2 steps from Locmalo harbour (view of the sea and Locmalo harbour from the main windows).
The house can accommodate up to 6 people.

The flat has a washing machine, dishwasher, conventional oven and microwave, espresso machine, conventional coffee maker, toaster, kettle and induction hob.

The living room has a sofa bed, flat-screen TV, DVD player and free Wi-Fi connection.

There is also a shower room with walk-in shower and separate toilet.

Sleeping facilities:
- The master bedroom with a double bed of 140 (duvet 220X240), above the sea, electric shutter at hand.
- A bedroom with two 90cm single beds (200x200 duvets).
- A sofa bed (140x190) provides extra sleeping space for two.

The flat is non-smoking.
Bike storage available. Pets allowed.

The côte rouge beach is 200 metres away at high tide and 50 metres away at low tide. Here you can swim, sail and fish on foot.
You can also walk to the Citadelle and its museums in 15 minutes along the customs path (restaurants on the beach). The main shops (bakery, cheesemonger, butcher, delicatessen, fishmonger, pharmacy, etc.) and restaurants can be reached on foot in 7-8 minutes, in the ‘grand'rue’ (market on Saturday mornings and Tuesday evenings in July and August).

It is also possible to reach Gâvres or Lorient by boat (particularly interesting during the Interceltic Festival). Bikes can also be taken on board.
