"WiFi advertised, but there was none. Pee stains on one toilet. Skid mark in the other toilet. Outside refuse bin full to overflowing. Tried to call and text contact no provided - no reply. Other than that caravan was reasonably comfortable. "

"Cass and Charlie’s stone cottage is a brilliant spot to day trip from that offers a quiet home nestled into incredible countryside.The cottage is roomy, beautifully appointed and amazing walks are right outside your door.Coffee in the morning in the courtyard and a stroll to say hello to the sheep, cows, horses, rabbits and pheasants were a smashing start to each day.We loved every minute with Cass and Charlie. "We loved our stay! Close to everything Edinburgh and surrounding area has to offer. Lots of pubs and restaurants to choose from that were only a 5-10 minute drive away. So much space for our family of 4 and such a cozy cottage. The view out the back door was everything we could have wanted. Extremely easy and smooth check in and check out. We were looking for a quiet retreat to finish off our month long adventure in the UK and this cottage was everything and more! We would definitely stay here...

"Warm and cozy sleeping with the shutters and curtains drawn. Respect the house, switch on the pump if you light the fire, and yes I loved the wood smoke smells, it is mostly round the fire, if the fire is only embers you can switch off the pump, it's circulating the hot water from the fire, I was able to see local interests and the wonderful fresh air, excellent countryside. The ruin of Carmicheal House makes me wonder at its one time beauty, and it's just a short walk to from the cottage,...
