"Stayed for a one night stay before moving on to a villa. Arrived late and was greeted by a lovely lady, was able to get a lovely fresh cooked pizza. Room was clean and had everything we needed, breakfast was great."

"This property is new and quite lovely. It was truly one of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in and we travel a lot. Our plunge pool suite was top notch. The beach facilities are private and excellent. Breakfast was included and there were so many choices. My only complaint is the exclusion of kids from the adults-only pool, which is the only place you can order fries/burgers. Would be better if they made it a "quiet" pool instead of being age restricted?"

"This was by far the most unique, amazing hotel we stayed at on the island of Crete. Upon arrival we were given fresh-squeezed lemonade made from their own lemon trees. The staff was so friendly! The building is over 500 years old, and nothing like I've ever seen before. The suite we got was huge, (living room, full kitchen, dining room, and bathroom downstairs and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs). "O título de hotel 5 estrelas é mentiroso. O hotel seria um excelente 3 estrelas ou um 4 estrelas mediano. A experiência geral está BEM longe da que uma hotel 5 estrelas oferece. Os principais problemas foram: - péssimo serviço: na chegada, a recepcionista simplesmente nos falou onde ficavam nossos quartos.. ninguém nos ajudou a levar nossas malas nem nos acompanharam até o quarto. O mesmo aconteceu no momento do check-out. Solicitamos ajuda com as malas e esperamos 30 minutos. Ninguém apareceu...

They have brought light into the buildings, while preserving their authenticity. Our hosts made the first contact with us, and responded to our messages quickly. Konstantinos was kind and informative, and his mother was fantastic in her enthusiasm for the restoration and care of the buildings. We had the generous and tasty breakfast one day and recommend it....
